Pastor

Rev. Dr. Thomas McIntyre grew up in Memphis, TN. He’s a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, AL (B.A. Journalism and Mass Communications, 2003), Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL (Masters of Divinity, 2008) and Knox Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry, 2023). He’s been an ordained minister for almost 20 years. He and his wife Jennifer served as church-planting missionaries in Taiwan for 16 years, where they started Sanhe Gospel Church in Zhongpu, Taiwan. They recently moved to Boyds, MD, to begin Lifepointe Bible Church. They have 3 children, Ashlee (15), Tyler (13) and Leanna (10, not pictured here), who joined their family in February of 2026 from Taiwan.

Ministry Director

Jennifer Su McIntyre grew up in College Station, TX. She’s a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism (B.S. Journalism, 2003) and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando (Masters in Biblical Studies, 2008). Jennifer served in Taiwan for 19 years in various roles.  She is the author of the books “Dead Women Walking” (later condensed to “Unbound”) and “Ping Ping and the Very Scary, Slightly Hairy Man.”
